    Rows = horrendous
    Started at 43.7 finished with 56.8 getting progressively slower each interval. Horrendous

    81 burpees in 10 minutes. Gross

    Cleaning the gym: Thanks to ej, eroc, allison and bboy for cleaning the gym while I worked out!

    Row: range between 48.7 – 50.4.. Slowest intervals in middle

    Burpees: 100 in 7:49. Last time we did a 7min AMRAP I did 100 even. This is what 2 long days in Vegas will do to you. Atleast I didn’t get sick!

    Front Squat: 5-5-5 (165-185-205) really focusing on form and getting critiqued, etc.. went lighter but kept thinking about B saying leave some in the tank..was good and pumped for cleans

    Weighted Pullups: 3-3-3 (50-70-90)
