“Harlem River Pathway 1”
Meet at the gym, we will jog 1mi to the track.
Run 1 min, Rest 30 sec
Repeat
Run 2 min, Rest 1 min
Repeat
Run 3 min, Rest 90 sec
Repeat
Run 4 min, Rest 2 min
Repeat
Each run is an out-and-back as far as possible. If you do not make it back to the start in the allotted time, do not take additional rest.
