Evening Skills and Drills

Kayti will be doing Pullups before the summer is out!  I can see the determination in her eyes.  We worked some pullup strength training (negatives and ring rows), threw in a little OHS refresher and concluded with a tasty WOD.

WOD:
For time:
3 rounds of
400m Run
30 Air Squats
15 Knees to Elbows

    And you’re damn straight when you say I’m going to be doing pullups by the time summer is out. I’m DETERMINED!
