Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
135/95-lb. squat snatch, 1 rep
135/95-lb. clean and jerks, 3 reps
30 double-unders

    Half were proper squat snatches. Half were power plus ohs. Somehow lost it between the warm up and the real thing.
