Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 pull-ups
15 push-ups
20 squats

    Old Cindy 5+10+15=30 reps !
    New Cindy (5×2)+(5×3)+(5×4) = 45 reps !
    So if you average 20 rounds on old Cindy (20×30)=600 reps
    Then…
    New Cindy you should technically get 13.33 rounds=600 reps

    About a round every 90 seconds.

    11 rounds + 2 rx’d (my Cindy PR is 20+5)

    All pull ups were unbroken, but the problem became the push ups. I believe the last time I did Cindy I was unbroken on the push ups through 10 rounds at least. I was breaking in the 3rd round today.

    I was a hot mess after the wod so no presses for me today.

    All pull ups were unbroken, but the problem became the push ups. I believe the last time I did Cindy I was unbroken on the push ups through 10 rounds at least. I was breaking in the 3rd round today.

    Focused on my Kipping pull-up and making sure my chin
    went over bar.
    Unbroken pull-ups till RD 10… and it was burning till end.

    Push-ups: Disciplined myself to hit c2deck each time. Got called out no reps 4 times. Redo again!!!

    Chubby Cindy as Matt calls it, tried to stay with his pace.
    12+32Rx that just burned!!!!!

    Push-ups felt great. Last rep almost as good as the first! (No worming for this giraffe!)
