25 overhead walking lunge steps
25 front rack walking lunge steps

Women use two 35lb weights. Men use two 50lb weights.

Perform 5 burpees any time the weights are brought down below the shoulder.

    Reaally wanted to do 25lb but the overhead lunge wouldn’t allow for it
