17.4 at Crossfit Palm Beach. I hated this workout slightly less than last year, so, progress?
87 reps. Which, while not great, is a 22 rep improvement over last year, weighing 7ish lbs less this year vs last. 55 reps at 1.25xBW is no joke.
Finished my deadlifts 2+ minutes earlier and back doesn’t hurt (yet).
