1 Hill Sprint
12 Ring Dips
24 Wallballs

    45 minute spin class at Crank this morning. They played non-stop disco. I question why I got a 10 ride package every time I go back to this place.

    – 2 rounds (cut it at 9:11 because hill sprints)
    – 8 instead of 12 strict ring dips per round
