For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

**  You can scale to the Dirty 30 if you need to. **

    Started off with KBs, subbed GHDs for K2E, WBs and burpees took much longer than anticipated.

    Wall Balls were demoralizing. And by demoralizing, I mean watching EJ use a 7ft target to pull past me for the win.

    Could not breathe half way through for some reason. Did do DUs outside and it was nice. And did 3 in a row!

    Great sunday morning class and long walks with Benny. Thanks to everyone who gave Benny some love.

    came in to do some mobility work. I am really seeing a difference in my flexibility.

    I also want to mention that I think what EJ and Eric S are doing with the specialized instruction is great. I think this is definitely something to build on.

    Dirty 30 heavily scaled 29:47
    BJs on 20″ became step ups
    Jumping pullups with 2 or 3 45# plates
    KB swings @ 12kg
    Knees up for K2E
    Push press @ 33#

    Started with DUs and worked my way backwards. First wod in about 6 weeks. Was pretty jet lagged and severely out of shape. Had to finish with step ups after I puked in my mout, But no back pain! Yay 🙂

    Replaced jump pullups with dead hang.

    Last time I show up with back-2-back days of 3-4hr sleep & dehydrated

    (1) Straight leg dead lifts 3×5 135-165-185
    (2) Good mornings 3×5 w/ 65#; 10 T2B between sets
    (3) 1 arm KB row (heaviest one they had; something between 1-1.5pood) and 10 swings x 2 sets
    Knee is better but chewy w/ all the scar tissue. Another couple weeks before squatting
