    Jackie (“JJ”)-I own you – 8:12. Actually, Elove owns you. Had to take a couple of breathers on the thrusters, but pumped out the pullups on 1 go.

  2. Nice man…i had to break up my pullups but never set the bar down during thrusters…the rowing is where to make up time…i gotta eat more i think i am losing too much weight

    Damn, that’s sick..

    yeah, i am good with the rowing (try to keep it in the 145 range) and pullups but get crushed on the thrusters. think i just need to push myself closer to puking on the thrusters and/or work on the squats. i can see where doing squats on your heals would be a major benefit for thrusters.

    Also, as a sidenote, at the crossfit gym they typically have the rowing machine right next to the bar.. at the globo gym, one typically kills 30 seconds between the rowing machine and the walk to the bar/squat rack..
