    I did a fun variant on K2E where my elbows touched my knees. It was fun.

    limiting factor here was returning the barbell to the back of neck, jerks felt great

    total gut check. 400m splits were like 2:30/3:00 with some walking… hard to push through that one…

    First 2 rounds in just over 9 minutes. Last 3 rounds… I could not breathe at all.

    Helped a delivery guy with directions tho that’s at least -:30 off the time.
