21 overhead squats (185/125 lb.)

6/2 ring handstand push-ups

    HSPUs: w/ 45 to ab mat deficit for 10/12 on first round- then switched to 1 ab mat surplus

    I don’t know what it is but my body is hating me lately. Maybe I need more vitamins? I’ve been taking more rest days. What gives?! Nothing felt good today. ????

    155 / 125 / 95 and scaled for 2x ring push ups instead

    OHS were wobbly AF till I could catch my breath. EZ as cake after! (those last 3 reps or so)

    OHS: 135 (got 9 ) dropped to 95#s (12 unbroken)

    Burpees were over the bar, but parallel with bar

    HSPUs: started out with 3 ab mats and by round two switched to HS “scap” PU’s

    Weight felt like crap today. Shoulders were weak. I call it pre-wedding mode.
