    Came for the snatches, got catfished into the open workout.

    73 Reps Scaled (just the bar on the overhead lunges & real C2B pull ups, albeit one at a time (not using momentum)).

    Started with the 95lb overhead lunge, but got only about 10 feet far in the first 5 minutes at which point had to choose between spending the entire 20 minute workout finishing one 25 foot walk or trying to at least get some humble reps completed.

    Third workout in about 6-7 months, working on not getting winded so quick.
