    My form on the 145# was crap, didn’t even try to get it over my head.

    WOD:
    8:29 (I had zero power in my legs after squats yesterday, that was awful. Even worse doing it alone).

    Live to fight another day.

      I don’t think the Walkowitz ratio is sufficient to describe a solo 6am performance. Having consulted the actuarial tables, I calculate another 12% handicap for being all alone. The new “lonely baston adjustment” is then (100% – 20%) * (100% – 12%) = 70%, a 30% handicap. Let it be known.

      The Loney BAston Adjustment is the closest thing we have to measure how much this morning sucked. I’d say we could make further adjustments for 6am after the Super Bowl, but I think this is close enough. So sub 6 minutes today?…. I’ll take it.

You can drop into any affiliate and have someone judge your workout to be verified or have it videotaped. Ask any of the coaches for more information if you have questions!

    Snatches felt really good today. Didn’t think I would get 135 before we started.

    Went as fast as possible through the cleans and tried to keep a steady pace through burpees.
