9:00am “Seize the New Year” WOD

Followed by 10am-12pm Open Gym

3 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
275/185-lb. deadlifts, 15 reps
15 strict handstand push-ups

Sub 50 burpees for each 800m run if you do not have cold weather running gear.
