    Considering how sore I feel from Saturday’s wod and the front rack lunges yesterday, I will gladly take this. Every squat was rough.

    WOD: 7:39 rx’d (it might have been 7:49…. Whatever Rich says, I was 8 seconds behind him).

    Good luck to the evening classes, it’s going to be hot AF later.

    So good to be back! OG yesterday with Jon:
    AMRAP alternating in 12 minutes, 25 2-pood swings, one short hill with a medball overhead, 15 toes to bar.
    Then some ice cream maker practice. These felt great today on the rings, felt okay on the bar.

    Yellowstone WODS:
    Max Push-Ups: 50
    35 Tree Pull-Ups not for time
    Many hikes.
    Lots of gymnastics challenges with little girl cousin, including ugly back handspring on dirt (PR)

    Final comment: In December the Metropolis Book Club read “Lush Life” by Richard Price. Mr. Price has written a new mini-series that started last week, called “The Night Of”. It’s on HBO. Both book and show are set in NY. Highly recommended.
