    Happy with this. Just wish I could do burpees at a steady, relaxed pace. Jess and Eroc make that shit look like cake…mmmm cake 😀

    5:23 @ 123# – right weight for me. Forgot my robo-knees but feel pretty fine after. Icing anyway because that is my life.

    Any day I finish a WOD with no lower body issues is a good day. Of course I’m having some weird strain along the back of my arm now for no reason, so that’s fun.

    Hiked Mt Sanitas, Boulder, CO. Basically an hour long stairmaster session, with the added benefit of being at high altitude. Quite a workout!
