    The last rep of the 190 took me about a solid 7 seconds to stand up. I knew my legs couldn’t take more of that so I dropped the weight to focus on my form. Busted my leg on the box jumps in round 7. If I didn’t do that I probably could have made it to 8 rounds.

    Let’s see…

    115 + 115 + 125 + 125 + 135…w/ chains! I felt BA throughout.

    5 full rounds of box jumps / toes to bars +
    1 round of box jumps and 1 rep of toes to bar

    The toes were going to the bar in the beginning smoothly. Minute 3 and on was not looking sexy.
