    2. Instead of posting my vomit rounds, I’ll tell a little story. I went into NYSC for the first time in 6 weeks to cancel my husband’s membership and I came to this conclusion. I didn’t want to be any of those people. I will regret saying this, but i’d rather do a burpee (but don’t get any ideas Eric!). So thanks everyone for welcoming me and the support so far (even through my pathetic burpees)!

    Eric – burpee broad jumps are an interesting sub for mopping

    1) 135 / 155/ 165 / 175 / 180
    2) 3 rounds + a few burpee jumps – switched from ring dips to 2x push ups on the parallets after the 1st round
