High-Intensity

M(FIT) classes are based on the same fitness methodology and core principles of CrossFit, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and traditional Strength and Conditioning. The classes are designed to provide cardiovascular and muscular endurance benefits, while maintaining strength and power. Classes follow a similar structure and intensity of CrossFit without the barbell and high-rings.

M(FIT)Rx classes combining strength training, bodyweight movements, gymnastics skills, running, rowing, mobility work and more. Our programmed workouts can be modified for all fitness levels and consist of constantly varied, functional movements at high-intensity. Weightlifting

M(LIFT) classes are designed for those familiar with weightlifting and looking to increase their skill, technique and gains with olympic and power lifts. Health benefits span across greater bone density, raw strength, mobility and overall functional ability. Challenge yourself and be empowered.

  • Class Prerequisites: Existing CrossFit experience or weightlifting experience or have completed qualified personal training sessions.

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, our classes will help you get there. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging yourself in a safe way– all under the guidance of our certified and experienced coaches. Our community is supportive and from time-to-time we kick start some fun, encouraging group challenges.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

We incorporate weightlifting into our classes to help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. Our programming will challenge you to lift your best with proper form, technique and movement. We also offer open gym hours to give you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.
