150 double unders

30 dumbbell lunges

30 burpees

100 double unders

20 dumbbell lunges

20 burpees

50 double unders

10 dumbbell lunges

10 burpees

The dumbbell lunges are walking lunges with 50/35-lb dumbbells in the “dumbbell rack”. For the dumbbell rack, each dumbbell must be held in a closed grip with only the rear head of the dumbbell touching your shoulder. The dumbbells may not touch one another and may not be rested vertically on the shoulder. For demonstration, see here:
