    Cindy – pullups subbed with every other round of: strict pullups and bent over rows (65lbs)

    Still have some form issues which Coach B-boy pointed out. The goal is 20 rounds of beautiful movement. Almost there!

    20 rounds + 10 reps as rx’d in my Olys because squatting in Olys is more fun than not squatting in Olys. Every excuse possible to wear them…

    Vikram: thanks for setting a bar at 19 rounds. My muscle conditioning is shot from time off but I had to get you. Nice work.

    Shoulder pain is frustrating – had to do Ring Rows and Knee pushups.

    Tabata row: 4. May look like a teeny, tiny number to most, but I am pretty proud to have maintained 4 for every round. Because as we all know, I am NOT built for rowing.

    Cindy: 10 + 13. How the heck did I do 14+ way back when at Metrop 1.0?? Gotta get that conditioning back.

    Nice work 9:30 crew. Nice to have small classes once in a while.

    10 + 12 reps. Modified sit ups for squats. Last time o dod this i had 14 rounds rxd. I’m supposed to be taking it easy and not tweaking my hip. I might need surgery if im still in pain in 6 weeks. Fingers crossed. But I’ve let myself get out of shape and really wanted to get back to the box. It wad good to see friends today.

    Note to self – 150 situps on the floor with no pad makes it hard to sit later. Ouch.
