Airport WOD: 4 times running to catch flight from gate 8 to gate 40 two bags, and added bonus stairs of death to get to other side.
4:10pm flight with seats delayed
EMOM 10 min Handstand hold 30sec hold with wall of course,in middle of airport
Going bonkers waiting 10hrs for flight
Then shoulder taps handstand hold 3×5
5:00 boarded plane…waiting for lift off.
