In teams of two, start a running clock:

Partner one completes as many rounds as possible of the following couplet:
15 Deadlifts, 225/155
30 Wallballs

Partner two rows 500m.

When partner two returns, both partners switch tasks, partner two resuming the couplet wherever partner one left off. Continue until 20 minutes has elapsed.
