    did this out by dumpster at my apartment with meredith in the sun at noon. thought 95# was a bit too much today and don’t have the ability to do 85# with my weight combos, so did 75#. Broke down PP as 10-10-5/5-5/5-5/5. fun times.

    10 pullups, 20 burpees, 30 DU’s, 40 wall balls @ 15#, 50 kb swings @ 1 pood. With remaining time: max C&J @ 95#

    8 C&J’s…up 5 from doing this a couple weeks ago where I only had 30 secs to do 3. This time I had 2 mins, but really felt the c&j’s from yesterday. Need to work on wallballs – need more in a row. PR on pullups, 10 unbroken!

    then max reps clean & jerk in remaining time 65#

    7 C&J’s in the remaining time. Had about 2 minutes to do them. First time doing this, really left a burning feeling in my throat.

    Front squat
    Push press
    Back squat
    Push press
    Return bar to floor=1 rep
    Each bar drop=fault, 1 burpee per fault after wod completed

    Fought off Pukie the entire workout. Much, much harder than I expected. About 30 minutes after the 15 burpee penalty (including rests).
