    4+10 rx rx’d (and Liz cheering me on 5 minutes after I finished) in 30 minutes.

    Compared to 4+9 @ 125# thrusters and 205# DL last time.

    Nice improvement, but the deads are still so slow.

    I made to 6 rounds with 5 – 4 minute to spare. Phew!!

    Thrusters for sure got a Que? on my white board. @ 53 Matt- “keep elbow ups, jump it”

    Cortney made those look so easy.

    Of course, it was time right after burpees!! (LOL!!!)

    Had to make this one up at home. Oh man is it a rough one. Thrusters by far the worst
