In teams of 2, alternating every round:

Complete as many reps as possible in 30 minutes:
30 seconds of pushups
30 seconds of sit-ups
400m run

Post total reps for pushups and sit-ups to Comments.

    2 rounds for time:
    25 overhead walking lunge steps
    25 front rack walking lunge steps
    18:23 RX – 60+ burpees (Thought this would never end!!! Rx was HEAVY!)

    Saturday WOD w/ Ally
    30 min alternating AMRAP
    30 seconds of pushups
    30 seconds of sit-ups
    400m run

    5 Rounds (finished last run just in time!)
    Push-up : 17,17, 16, 15, 15 (80 total)
    Sit-up: 12, 16, 18, 17, 19 (82 total)

    Sit ups: 18-18-19-19-11 a little timing issue last round, but it evened out

    Team “BFFs” because I was the odd one out 🙁
    5 rounds: splits for rounds started at 3:17 and ended at 3:25 so Im pretty happy! Totals: 97 pushups, 79 situps

    Back squat 5×3: 125-145-155-165-175.
    1 reps: 185, 190, 200

    3 rounds not for time: 20 ghdsu, 30 du’s

    Then did yesterday’s WOD with Alice
    2 rounds
    25 OH walking lunge steps
    25 front rack walking lunge steps
    Perform 5 burpees every time you drop the weights
    Time: 11:55 Rx with 30 burpees
    We used 16kg KBs. Such a tough WOD!

    75 Push Ups / 100 sit ups did it solo but run that 400M felt just like driving my old stick shift car crank up crank cruise release gear down hill crank flat switch gear up hill and enjoy your break
