    Anyone up for a ‘beer run’ tomorrow? Leave from the ‘Trop after the 11:30 WOD and run over the RFK bridge to SingleCut for some day beers? It’s 4.3 miles from the gym to the brewery and we can turn it into a tempo/interval run if you really want to get crazy.

    No failed MU’s, I kipped T2B for the first time but then I was fried for my bread and butter couplet and had nothing in the tank.

    I was reminded my wrist is not 100% as soon as I attempted a ohs in warm up, so had to sub some things

    Knew last couplet would be a was. Was expecting to do better on second but ttb disappeared. Not sure if it was hands or fatigue but stringing them just wasn’t happening
