Mainsite WOD

With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every minute.
From 0:00-5:00 use 75/53 lb.
From 5:00-10:00 use 95/63 lb.
From 10:00-15:00 use 115/73 lb.

Continue adding 20/10 lb. every 5 minutes for as long as you are able.
If you will not last for 15 minutes, start at a lower weight.

    95# were more fun than i thought it would be, new 5 rep max
    105# was hard, 115 is my 1rm max, so i call that a win.
