    A few colleagues of mine and I are signed up to do the “Tough Mudder” on Sunday, November 21 in New Jersey. It’s a 12 mile, obstacle-filled course – please see below:

    I created a team (it’s called “Lindsay Goldberg / Crossfit Metropolis” for now until I can think of something better), I’d love it if you guys would join the team! I’m working on getting transportation to the event. It should be an awesome time and a great way to put your Crossfit skills to the test.
