Handstand push-ups

Deadlifts, 315 lb. / 205 lb.
50-ft. handstand walk after each set

    Hspu standard is tough but if nothing else, remember to FLEX YOUR HEELS

    little under the weather but it was ok…

    take note folks: handstand walks are in the open. practice them regularly. they will be back next year.
