    Globo gym workout after a luxurious day of sleeping until 12, eating and napping.

    Back squat @135 5 5 4 (one day I will do 5×3)

    Power cleans in sets of 3. Couldn’t find small plates so went from 95 to 115. Fail, literally.

    Strict pull-ups in sets of 5 superset with one strict HsPU (by accident since I temporarily forgot how to kip( but was pleasantly surprised I could do one mat free) the rest kipping
