Conditioning

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
25 pull-ups
50-calorie row
100 overhead squats
50 box jumps
25 pull-ups

Men use a 45-lb. barbell and 24-in. box
Women use a 35-lb. barbell and 20-in. box

    Modified Blake: 4 rft 100ft overhead lunges with 24#, 30 step ups, 20 wall balls (those little targets are hard!), 10 pike push ups

    Bulletproof Hips
    Single Leg Deadlifts: 3 x 10 each leg using barbell @ moderate weight, increase the weight on each set if possible, perform all reps with a slower down/faster up tempo. Your last set of 10 should be difficult. (6 sets total) Bent Knee Hollow Body Hold: 40 seconds after each set of Single Leg Deadlifts (3 sets total)
