    I tried 185# in the first round, got 3 c&j then failed twice and dropped down. Thanks Carlos for helping me strip weight.

    Hopefully I can do this rx’d on my anniversary.

    Front squats – Lots of warm up at 95 opening up some sleepy hips and stiff shoulders. Worked my way up to 185×3

    Some legless rope climbs for fun

    20 mins or so on and off on the bike. Intervals anywhere from 1 to 3 mins with 30 sec rests. Foolish me thinking I could do some “steady cardio” on that thing
