Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
50 wall-ball shots, 20/14-lb. ball to a 10/9-ft. target
40 box jumps, 24/20-in. box
30 deadlifts, 155/105 lb.
20 power cleans, 155/105 lb.
10 front squats, 155/105 lb.

    Last WOD at CFM. It will always be my first Crossfit home. Thanks for teaching me how to move well, with and without a barbell. Thank you for the lifetime friendships, laughter, and memories! Don’t worry I’ll still drop by to say hi ????

    Power cleans were a challenge,but I did 40 box jumps, that hasn’t happened in a long time!
