    5 min on aerodyne bike or whatever it’s called (torture)
    3×5 pull ups superset with 3×10 push-ups
    10 sets of 3 back squats at 125.

    I did the 50 for the count but started w/ box jumps but finished it in step ups; knees to elbow I did sit up; back extension I did superman.

    I will be calling wall balls purgatory (just grrr)

    My belly button suction cup to the floor through my burpees was pure comedy

    really need to learn double unders

    Heavily modified with step ups, Russian swings, good mornings, ab mat sit ups, and 100 dubs.

    Did my own version in the building gym called the Fun Fifty.
    50 situps
    50 cable chest flys (level 8)
    50 bar dips
    50 back extensions
    50 bicep curls @ 25lb dumbbells
    50 dumbbell incline press @ 40lb dumbbells

    Took about an hour at a leisurely pace.
