On the 3:00 x 5 Rounds:
15 AbMat Sit-Ups
30 Double Unders
15 AbMat Sit-Ups
5 Deadlifts
Build in loading on the deadlift. Start at 65% and add each round.
Score is weights used. Put round times in notes.
Push-ups (10)
10 pushups, break up as needed
*modify by doing knee or box or wall pushups with proper form
*we will be adding 5 pushups a day until we build to 100 in a day
