    3 rounds +4 reps. 185 on cleans. Felt light. First time doing real muscle ups today. Thanks for the coaching all.

    Hardest 10K through the hills of Riverdale.
    Time: 46:40 unofficially. Not my best, and I didn’t place in my age group. These guys were running a 40-42min 10k.

    But what’s their back squat? I’m just sayin’ Haha.

    Did 5 by the hill at 92nd, 20 air squats and 10 pushups at the top

    Very hard course but fastest 10K to date for me! Van Cortlandt Track Club peeps are fast but Eroc still killed it.

    In Tokyo on business. Jet lag is brutal. It’s 3am and I’m wide awake. Did a tabata of pushups (7 – faded from 12) sit-ups (10) squats (15) and then handstand holds fir as longs as I could.
