    *partition the cleans however you’d like

    – Ankle/Squat mobility stuff
    – Hang power clean 3s – up to 155. Left shoulder ouch.
    – 3×8 each side OH DB lunges @ 50#
    – 2K row
    – Push ups (45 total) super set with some T2Bs
    – Ring holds but dang those got really weak. Tried to externally rotate at the top.
