    “Jerry” is a special workout. It’s definitely won on the run and not on the rower. I like to go 90% on the first run, 80% on the row, and 100% on the last run.

    Oly – squat cleans from the floor – 195/205/210. Need to spend some quality times with heavy clean and jerks…
    Jerry – nursing a sore calf so running was out of the question. Took a reasonable Jerry time and did it for calories
