Complex B:
2 Push jerk + jerk

Perform each complex 4 times at the same weight.

40 abmat sit-ups or 25 GHD Sit-Ups

    2:53,3:03,3:06,3:07,3:03 I just did not want to pull anymore.

    ab-mat sit-ups were active recovery and SUCKED!

    Goal 2017 WORK: MUSCLE UP
    3×5 Band transition work on rings first two sets black band,
    then last set thinnest red band.
    Took me 10 minutes if I keep at it, I will conquer this muscle up!!!
