    EWOD: (copied from Lauren) In teams of 3, rotate through 200m sprint, plank hold (elbows) and burpees against a 15 minute clock. Your team’s burpees only count while your planker is in plank. Score is total burpees. JCash/Johanna/Jess: 166 Jon/Kim/Lauren: 184

    Just cleans 215(1), 220(1), 225(failed a couple of times, then got some words of wisdom from elove, and got it 2 times) tied PR.
