    So basically only 3 really good ones, but needed to push through and feel more comfortable at this weight.

    Friday’s WOD

    2 rounds
    25 OH walking lunge steps
    25 front rack walking lunge steps
    Perform 5 burpees every time you drop the weights
    13 min or so, w/ 30 – 35 burpees.

    I used #35 dumbbells. Those OH lunges are tiring.

    As brutal as it was, is it bad that I actually really enjoyed this EWOD?
