    20:40 @155 (Unsure of vest weight. I don’t know how much 1 brick weighs, but there was 9 on the vest.)

    20 ring MU’s with about 40 back extensions mixed in. Only 1 MU failure, so happy with that. Tried to get 2 in a row a few times but no dice.
