Friends, if you haven’t had the chance yet, please help me by donating to Oxfam America. I’m running the NYC Marathon on Sunday to support them. Their mission: to right the wrongs of poverty, hunger, and injustice around the world. Thanks for your help – Matt

Heads Up! Today is our annual anniversary and marathon party!

    5,115M row and 1,000 double-unders Rx

I got 5 rounds in 19 minutes and fell apart a little but then once my rows got slow my dubs got more efficient.

I will cheer Matt from the west side the NYPD won’t allow me to cross???????????????? I will be loud!!

  5. Rekas

Snatch got up to 75. Still wobbly at the bottom. Transition isn’t quite smooth.

WOD 6+78 mix of dubs and singles. Dubs looked pretty sad and were really draining.

  6. Denise

Awkward weights because I used a lot of 1 pound plates 🙂

    HS: 85

    Oly Shenanigans with Jo

Hang Power Snatches – up to 83
Hang Snatches – up to 93
Snatch- only made it to 108, failed at 113

It wasn’t that long ago when 108 was the dream, and now it feels like second nature. Show up to Oly and amazing things will happen! Thanks, Mel!
