  1. Awesome party Jimmy! It showed on everybody’s faces today at the gym.
    Sunday Funday WOD:
    8 min AMRAP of: 20 Pushups, 5 Burpee Pullups, 15 OHS, 95lb… Rest 30secs then
    8 min AMRAP of: 20 Toes 2 Bar, 20 Ground to Overhead, 95lb..Rest 30 seconds then
    10 min AMRAP of: 10 Burpee Box Jumps, 20 Air Squats, 5 Muscle Ups…good turnout today folks

    I did 2 rds of the first AMRAP, then 1 rd of the remaining.
    Followed up the WOD with DL dresser and mattress set at LBs with E’s help and then a fun sprint home from CP to beat the rain.

    Jimmy, thanks for hosting a super send-off shindig and thanks to the whole crew for partaking in the festivities! Good times fo sho!

    The fun just kept coming with today’s WOD:
    a) 2 rounds + 20 Push ups + 5 Burpee pull ups
    b) 1 round + 10 K2B
    c) 1 round

    All of the above were performed in slow motion with various substitutions.

    Arink & Elove – nice work on the furniture DL WOD…big breath, drive through the heels, full hip extension.

    2 rounds of the first AMRAP, 1 round of the 2nd and 1 round plus burpee box jumps and air squats. Although i did only do 5 jumping MUs instead of 2 for 1. My error.
