11am – Noon: Free Intro Session for Newbies
11am – 1pm: Open Gym for Members

    anyone going at 11am? thinking about doing this – posted on the main site friday:

    As many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of:
    55kg Squat clean, 6 reps
    12 Pull-ups
    24 Double-unders

    or

    “Jack”

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
    115 pound Push press, 10 reps
    10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
    10 Box jumps, 24 inch box

    20 mile bike ride, felt damn good to get back on the horse. Mostly leisure ride, finished off with a 20 minute CP loop.

    Followed by:
    10, 9, 8…3, 2, 1:
    Pullups
    KB Swings (1 pood)
    Situps

    9:15

    Thinking of bikram yoga later tonight if anyone’s interested.

  4. advil and fish oil down the hatch, been rolling around on a lacrosse ball for about 2hrs watching football, threw in a few downward dogs (woof!) for good measure; hips and back feeling much better…I’m think I’m hooked on the lacrosse ball trick
