    WB’s unbroken (For me, that’s like seeing a 3 legged unicorn)
    Run was a decent paced jog for the most part, but I hustled on the last one
    Lunges unbroken

    I actually liked that wod. I have a feeling that my ass will be a complete disaster later on.

    15:16 @68. V tough one and not quite sure if I should be sitting stretching or walking gingerly around right now.

    Thank goodness the birthday boy gave us the hop forward tip on the lunges. Great class, thank you Matt. That coffee tasted special bc it was your birthday coffee, happy day!
