    3 Rounds at 15:40 with 145# cleans and 2 pood carries. Maybe a handful of good hang squat cleans in there but a lot of room for improvement. I could only do 3 cleans in a row at the beginning and this quickly went to doubles. Farmer carries really punish you if you go slowly. I like that.

    If you don’t take care of your calluses the barbell will and you won’t like the result.

    That was a fun one this morning.

    5 rounds @ 105 lbs.

    Personally, I am still out on my toes and jumping forward. But, I felt good on a number of cleans.

    Props to Amy & Paige. Oly lifting is so hard for me, and you guys have come in and made it look easy. Just get double unders and you both will be ready for the 2013 games.

    The Farmer Walk destroys your hand strength so you have to concentrate of lifting the clean with your body and not your arms. Great in theory, but I still think with my arms too much.

    4 rounds I think.. stripped weight down to 95 for last round as my squats were going to shit. Weird stuff still tight in legs.

    Farmer’s walk with 1.5 pood on either side. Rough.

    Good to be back 2 days in a row…super sore but glad to be that way. Gotta strip my vacation fat off…then my regular fat…then my baby fat. 🙂
