    Bench presses for the first time. Seems weird but I always too timid to go to the free weight section of the gym. Bench pressed 73 and WOD 4+2

    Why are you doing the CrossFit Open?
    Because I want to test myself. I want to find out where I’m strong and where I need to improve for next year.
